Here are the front covers, and one page from each zine.
Here is commission drawing about Harvard Square/ Harvard Yard that I recently finished for my homie Tom Oneill. The drawing will be a gift for his mother who has worked for Harvard University for 30 years.. This is what it looks like…
Issue 5 of Chill Zone is by Rob Helmstetter. Rob is a graphic designer and veteran curb dancer who in this issue draws old skate spots from his earlier years skating in New Jersey. Check his website HERE.
Chill Zone Volume Four, by Alex Duke.
Alex is a graphic designer who has designed a ton of skateboards for various companies, and is currently running his own clothing company called Wizard Skull. So yeah, take a look at his stuff, its pretty sweet.. He can also do some pretty wacky skateboarding tricks.
Issue number 2 was done by my next door neighbor Jhony Tejada who is 9 years old. Jhony and his 7 year old brother Joel are two of the coolest kids that I have met here in Brooklyn. They sometimes hang out with me while I draw, asking a million questions, and trying to copy what im drawing. When they saw I was making my own little mini books they got super psyched and of course wanted to make one of their own.
